We did a deep dive on the people and processes at Meijer and we found that they have incredibly high standards, along with some proprietary techniques. Behind every piece of perfectly-ripe produce, fresh-baked cookie, fashion-forward trend, and free prescription is a quality story that we wanted to tell. And who better to tell them than the people whose job it is to make sure that Quality is No Accident at Meijer.
Long Form Video
The :15 TV spots were followed-up with these behind the scenes documentary-style videos. But, here we were able to see “why” Meijer standards matter and “how” they’re implemented throughout each facet of their store – while infusing some of our hero’s personality along the way.
Social Media Stories
We continued to tell Meijer’s quality story using Facebook and Instagram stories. This enabled us to leverage the proper voice for each topic, while adding a little fun and appealing to a younger audience.
Snapchat Filters
We also created Snapchat geo-filters. These gave people the opportunity to have a little fun during their shopping trips.
